Pure Water 844 vessels
These FRP vessels house the filtration media. One holds the quartz sand, while the other holds the activated carbon, creating two complementary treatment stages.

A stronger start for your water. Sand filtration, coconut carbon and UV treatment — brought together in one standard pre-filtration offer.
Offer valid while stocks last. Subject to availability.
Different components do different jobs. Sand captures particles, carbon improves taste and odour, and UV adds a disinfection stage. The vessels, valves and risers keep the media stages working together.
Start with suspended dirt and sediment.
Address chlorine, taste and odour.
Treat clear, pre-filtered water with UV.
Six component types, each with its own role in the treatment process.

These FRP vessels house the filtration media. One holds the quartz sand, while the other holds the activated carbon, creating two complementary treatment stages.

Mounted on the vessels, these control valves direct water through normal filtration and scheduled backwash/rinse cycles. Correct setup helps clear accumulated material from the filter beds.

The internal riser and distributor assemblies guide water within each vessel. Their screened fittings help keep the filtration media in place during service and backwashing.

A granular filter bed that captures suspended dirt and sediment as water passes through it. Backwashing flushes out trapped particles to help maintain performance.

Coconut-shell activated carbon provides a large adsorption surface. It helps reduce chlorine and taste- and odour-causing substances, with results depending on water quality and contact time.

The UV unit treats pre-filtered water with ultraviolet light to inactivate susceptible microorganisms. Effectiveness depends on water clarity, the correct flow rate and proper lamp and sleeve maintenance.
This is pre-filtration, not reverse osmosis. It is not designed to remove all dissolved salts or every possible contaminant. A water test helps identify any additional treatment you may need.
